I try to get all my mail at the PO Box (particularly parcels), so I bought a medium size box. The price increases have been one thing, but for a while they would not put parcels in the box, no matter how small. I always had to wait in line at the counter to retrieve those packages. I finally wrote a letter to the local postmaster asking why I should pay more money for the larger size PO box and then never receive my parcels in it. They changed that practice soon after.
