As luck would have it, of 26 known USPC sample books, one and one one book became available. The book contained the only two known AG (Albert Goulet) chips. Here is the $10 chip that was removed from the book. To the right is a scan of the chip as it appeared in the book.
So, besides the two samples, none have been found. Doesn't sound promising that any more will ever surface.
