Flight for leaving just a few hours later.
I wait 12 hours at the airport because of mechanical issues and then am forced to spend the night and they offer me nothing other than the hotel night and a free movie on the plane.

They even wanted me to take the shuttle back to the South Point.

They are going to get a long complaint letter from me.
