it doesn't matter how cheap the deal is, as long as you commit to sell you better honour the deal. doesn't matter its a $1 chip or $1000 chip you should treat your buyers the same.

according to the conversation you didn't refund the money but paypal did for you which shows your personality. you could make some click and refund the money but you didn't. why bother to sell here. most ppl looking for some 'DEAL' here so you can't blame ppl but paying good money for your chips. its up to the person how much they are willing to pay. you don't have to sell if the price is not reaching your target. you can clearly mark your price and wait for a right buyer.
