I picked up a an inlaid letter C with a wide rim. I had not seen this wide rim letter before. These are series PO-F in Dale Seymour's book. All of the letters are a little different than the basic letter style.......Except Dale shows this style of C in the PO-B series as well. This C looks awfully close to a G in my opinion.
