I cashed in a bunch of chips last year in LV (including North LV and Henderson) and found that casinos in a group would accept chips from any other in that group. Also, and this was funny, when one in the Fiesta group wouldn't accept some, I tried at one of the others successfully. And one of the strip casinos, I think the Mirage but I'm not sure, accepted chips from any of the larger casinos.
