Regarding the Benihana, Penthouse and Camelot fantasy chips --

I've never held one in hand, but it was my understanding that these were simply stickered inlays placed onto a blank chip of various molds (or perhaps a chip with an unrelated hot-stamp beneath).
Is that correct?

In that case, TR King (for the small crown Benihana's) and other chip manufacturers didn't produce the finished product. The stickers were applied by whomever created them. Right?
