I think they were a chip sold at the Pinsanity convention or show.Used to be called Pindex,but maybe people went insane collecting them and now call it Pinsantiy? You've seen all the Hard Rock Pins I'm sure,I think these were to commemorate this event in chip form,not sure if they were available in the gift shops,maybe,but very cool despite where they are from.I liked them enough to pick them up and I guess they belong in a Hard Rock chip collection, thanks for asking,Torrey
