I'm not sure that will change the retail price to collectors. The plaques have been in dealer hands for years. I remember seeing boxes of them at a Convention 15 years or so ago.

I think the quantity made and retail price will remain about what they have been.

If the current holder is only selling in dealer quantities, a collector will not likely be able to pick a serial number to add to his collection.
