eBay - frankie48 of Highland Collectables???

Has anyone else had a less than desirable experience with Highland Collectables, AKA frankie48, AKA Frank Muscat that they would like to share?

On June 1st, I won one of his auctions on eBay for a Mint Casino lighter. I immediately paid for it and had been awaiting delivery. On June 7th - six days after the fact - I received a notice from eBay that the sale/transaction was canceled by him (without any explanation) and then I received a notice from PayPal that I received a refund. I sent a question to the seller, requesting please an explanation as to what happened. To date I have not received such - nor am I holding my breath.

Of course we know why, as the price return was lower than his expectations. Geeez....as a seller myself, that's the trials & tribulations of selling on eBay. The point is not the money - the point is the principle of the thing and the lack of ethics on his part.
