i dont know why they are charging for parking , but it could be that people park in their lots and go else where.
last year they had a FREE concert on the beach in atlantic city. maybe 10,000 people attended. the FREE concert didnt include FREE parking.ballys and casears charged $50 for parking for people without a players card. the casinos have enough parking for their customers and hotel guests not a festival.
