The basis ... well, I've been trading Cuban collectibles including casino chips for over a decade now. Chips from this casino are being continuously traded on the Cuban market as well on a rare occasion here in North America as well. I have been seeing this type of chips in Cuba on almost every visit and various dealers and collectors attribute it to this casino.
