R.T. Plastics was an maker of plastic injection-mold chips, first located in Venice, CA then in Las Vegas.
Company was acquired by Gamblers General Store (GGS) in Las Vegas.

GGS sells custom poker chips and sets out of their store near downtown LV. Much of production is for home games, advertising and non-casino orders (TV, movies, etc.) - see link:

The GGS write up does state that they have made chips for "... casinos around the world...". I don't think they were ever licensed to make chips for Nevada casinos, though there may be some non-value chips ?? Indian casinos are another matter -- regulations, etc. are different there.
