Robert:
This is what I know (and don't know):
I have been chasing North Dakota chips for years now, both the "legal" as well as the not quite so legal chips. In both cases, information can be and often is hard to come by.
At the time that this particular place was in operation, Mandan was quite the place to be as opposed to it's sister city and capitol of the state, Bismarck, which is just east of Mandan and is separated by the Missouri River. The reason for this was the existence of a major railroad hub, switching yard, repair facility that was located there. Of course, most of the watering holes were located within stage ring distance of the rail head. And likewise, were there is liquor, there is often gambling. I have know of the chips from this club for several years, but sadly do not have a chip (yet) from this of many other locations.
Should you wish to part with one, you would have a very happy camper on this end of the internet.
