Those look like the chips made by Paul-son Authentic Products division. They made a number of advertising and sports related chips in large format with plain mold and the ones I have seen all had the AP mark somewhee on the inlay. Could be that the chips I showed were a precursor of those and the new specialized division of the company.

Note though that the smaller of the group, the 43 mm chips, do have H&C molds, not plain molds.
