I was doing a sale at the Antique Society parking lot sale and had some chips there for sale . An old guy (older than me) told me when he lived in Las Vegas and a casino went under or changed chips he would go to the coin stores and buy some obsolete $100 's for a buck or two and use them to pay the "Lady's" that came to Vegas to work the weekends . The "Lady's"of course really got stiffed --twice.
