This BSL initials chip was supposedly used in an illegal casino operation that was located off U.S. Hwy. 90 -- major highway through the town during the period. The initials are for Bay St. Louis (BSL), MS, according the shop keeper of a BSL antique store. Any help further identifying this chip would be greatly appreciated.
