"For Amusement Only". I don't think that's what they were made for. I would categorize them as manufacturer samples, although they don't have Paul-son's name on them.
Spinetti may have bought them from Paulson, although I can't find them on his web site now. I think these probably came from Spinetti years ago when I was building my "big chip" collection and I paid about $5-6 each for them.
Paul-son didn't make many plain mold oversize chips; mostly they used the "Inverted H&C" mold for oversize chips, and oversized the H&Cs as well. I can remember some plain mold promo chips that have Caesars Tahoe on them, and the Club had some made for tournaments at Binions in 2008... any others?
