had a $100 denomination chip, very unfortunate as I find that set to be extremely attractive.. However, when they issued the series they also issued the $100 "credit" chip. These chips were never used as "credit" but as backup regular $100 chips together with the island chips.

BTW, there was never a real "Grand Havana" casino in Guantanamo Bay or a anywhere else that I know of. As that series of illustrated chips suggests.

I am not sure that those chips with Grand Havana were created by Bill. They do not seem to follow the pattern, but I really know very little about Bill's chips.
