I was playing the 4/8 Omaha hi low game, doing good for 1hr. up a couple hundred. Then lighting hit had pair of tens in my hand flop came 10 of spades, 10 of clubs, 9 of spades. I checked, one guy bet min. one more call, turn card Q of spades one guy bet one guy raised, I called river card K of spades one guy all in I called and prayed, the better turned over a 8 & J of spades everyone yelling do you have quads, I turned over my pair of tens and hit the bad beat. Qualification quad tens beaten. my share 2,300.00+ Very hard to do, I've played poker for 60 years and only hit one bad beat before. In this Omaha H/L game Pechanga deals players 5 cards. ( you better have the nut to win). In California bad beat jackpot started in 1970's, could be off a few years. I gave my wife 1,000.00 and put the rest in safe for LV. I haven't played much poker in the last six months, came back fresh, and will not play again till at SP.
