Luis, I am sorry that you took it that way and

certainly apologize for not being more clear.

My post stated that I personally dont feel its right for anyone to tell someone else what they shoudl or should not put in their book.

My statement suggesting that next time you write a chipguide that you can put what you want in it is a strong feeling of mine after years of being criticized by people for doing something that others wouldnt do themselves. I never meant it to tell you your opinions were wrong and absolutely never meant it to be taken as a reason to stop posting on the subject. I even started that statement with the words no disrespect meant.

I never told you that in order to speak your mind that you had to write your own book, and I surely never meant it that way. If it was taken that way I indeed apologize once again as that was not what was meant at all.

I did post a question though when I asked how you felt about the samples being listed.

Now the reason I never posted a logical reason that I thought you were wrong is that I never said you were wrong.
I disagree with your opinion on the topic but never said you were wrong.

I must say however, I feel you are missing an important thing that Gene already said so I felt it was not necessary to say it again.
in TCR, even though the Borlands are listed under the individual casino names, they CLEARLY state "Imitation" identifying them as such.

To me that is VERY important to those using the guide as anyone that has a chip and looks it up knows exactly what it is and what it is not. To either remove these from the TCR or place them in a seperate section may lead people to believe they have a new find and not read the section that identify them as fakes.

Once again, just my opinion as well as the opinions of many others posted on this board over the years.

I never said Bill was a great guy, or that he helped the hobby, or that he didnt rip people off selling fake chips as real.
All I believe is that these are important pieces of collecting and in my opinion should be listed in TCR right where they are identifying them as they have been.
