you never know with gambling...

So I was in Tunica this week and could not win a hand at anything. On the last day I figured I would just check my card to see how much I had left in comps. The machine tells me there is a contest and I am to pick one of 16 pictures and then 3 more to see if I can get a match. I picked the 4 and it seemed to me that none were a match but the machine tells me I won $20. Not bad. So I wander over to a video poker machine to see if I can run the money thru and get most back (normally I can get about 80% back in cash by running thru it once). The machine I like is a 5 cent 10 play machine. I was going to play 5 coins on each hand but I figured that would only let me play a few hands so I went with one coin per hand. This was the very first hand I played.

I don't think I will ever flop a straight flush again. That hand only paid $25 but not bad as I ended up cashing out for $40 on their free play.
