Borland chips are casino collectibles, just like matchbooks, ashtrays, room keys, slot cards, etc... The ChipGuide provides information on all of things that I just listed plus much more. Are the Borland chips casino chips? In some cases, yes...in most cases, no. But in all cases, they ARE casino collectibles and they actually are a part of chip collecting history.
