It's either a capped bust half dollar or capped bust quarter. Difficult to tell the size from the photo. I'm guessing it's the half? Regardless, the coin has some issues, notably damage on both the reverse and obverse which would make it difficult to assign a grade. That being said, the coin is desirable being a capped bust, but fairly common. If you got $25-40 for it, I think you would be doing well. Please know I'm a casual collector. You may want to get a second opinion.
