I sold them for $15 each I think. Back then they were sold in the gift shop rather than being part of the event entry, and I had a contact so I got most of them. 150 each from memory. I might be wrong. Whatever is in Allan's book would be right as I would have given him the info at the time, I think you are missing a color that was only ltd 50 or something.
