Will be spending at least a whole week in the city, would like to stay in the inner city - as my base of operations moving to EastWestNorthSouth direction to all casinos with tables (priority).

For those who have been there - what are the modes of transportation - besides taxi or renting a car, which I won't do. Are there subways or local shuttle buses?

I have the Panama City list from the CityCasinos -as my preliminary source - I will be searching the MOGH and other websites from the local Costa Rica websites.
