ROOM RESERVATIONS:
Our discounted room rates are $70 per night for Sunday thru Thursday and $108 per night for Friday and Saturday. All rooms must be reserved on an individual basis AND, you must make your reservations by May 18th to be included in our room block and to get those discounted room rates. You may call the South Point toll-free at 866-791-7626. When you make your reservations, PLEASE identify yourself as being with the Casino Chip & Gaming Collectors’ –2016 Convention (room block group number CAS0617) – that is the only way to get your complimentary guest room Wi-Fi and the $14 resort fees waived! You may also make reservations on-line. For your convenience, go to the Club website, www.cgtcc.com and select the link on the left-hand side that says, “2016 Hotel Booking.”

Sign-up for Early Bird Banquet by May 18th! Your choice of Entrees’ for the sit-down, plated dinner are: Prime Rib, Cider-braised Chicken, or Baked Salmon Filet with citrus glaze. Each entrée costs $50 per person and will be accompanied by a salad, 2 side dishes, coffee, hot or iced tea and a surprise dessert! The 6 pm Banquet will be preceded by a cocktail hour starting at 5 pm. Only ticket holders will be admitted . . . so sign up NOW!
We will have a most interesting Banquet Speaker: Mr. Steve Cyr, casino host extraordinaire (Las Vegas Life’s Best Casino Host since 2002) and creator of ISC Consulting, an independent consulting company consisting of a network of professional casino hosts who pair players with casino properties across the globe. Steve provides his players with the services and accommodations they expect and desire, and brings casinos the action they crave by hand delivering big players willing to drop thousands on the roll of the dice.
Steve has been featured in over 30 television shows including ABC’s 20/20, the Discovery Channel, and the Travel Channel. He has also been highlighted in numerous print publications and received the ultimate gift and honor when he became the subject for a controversial book, Whale Hunt in the Desert.

TRADE SESSIONS: OPEN TO MEMBERS ONLY!!!
Our FIRST Trade Session begins following the Banquet (usually around 8:00 pm) on Wednesday, June 22nd. Therefore, if you plan on attending the Wednesday evening Trade Session, please be sure to PRE-REGISTER and get to the Registration Desk before it closes at 4:00 pm that day.
Although times may be subject to change, Trade Sessions are currently planned for Thursday, June 23rd from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm; Friday, June 24th from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm; and, the “Last Dance” session on Saturday, June 25th from 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm

COME JOIN OUR GAMES OF CHANCE AND SKILL! Registration for both our BLACK JACK AND POKER CHALLENGE tournaments MUST be done on the registration form and MUST be paid by check. Both the Black Jack Tournament and the Poker Challenge will be held at the South Point, in their respective locations, on the casino floor/poker room. If seats for the Poker Challenge are still available, Players can sign up at the convention; but, as always, it’s first-come, first-served.
The Black Jack Tournament will begin at 12 noon on Wednesday, June 22nd.
The Poker Challenge will be held on Friday, June 24th starting at 7:00 pm.
