I'm not surprised about the light attendance. One person owns controlling interest in the company (51%) and 4 other key shareholders or executives own an additional 25% prox.
So the outside ownership is less than 25%, held by individuals and others ... mostly through street name via brokerages, I assume.

Whatever the controlling shareholder votes, that's what will happen, and there's nothing but routine matters on the agenda.
