Because it had sold for less,maybe at a previous auction or ? Some chips are listed for less but actually sell or asking prices are quite a bit more. Example the Te Neva Ho $100 I think says around $300 and people are selling it from $1,000 tp $2,000. I've checked out a couple from our members and they are the ones selling them for this amount.So it goes both ways. I ask them and they say, well you know some are rarer and the chip rack doesn't always reflect the true value or that's because one sold for that price but is really worth more etc.
