well ,take the chip to your local vet ,[they have xray machines that are for field use .have him ,her xray it. if its been fixed[not like a horse] you.ll see the drill hole. & if you want one a drill hole that is , ,send it to me & ill drill it for you ,thats free of charge of course.jer
