This would be an interesting website - I would be interested to assist this kind of project - including developing a website. There are many possibility of working this website to fruition.

Just an observation - Joaquin Club closed in 1981 - then there is this "new tenant" now, don't you think that the time frame from the closing of Joaquin to the very next "new tenant" would be more relevant as reference point.

I don't know if I say it right - but please, I like the idea of the "then and now" you are doing.
