My dropdown menu on the "my selling" page shows 60 days as the longest period. It will take me a couple days to upload a picture showing this.

As for PayPal showing a long record of shipped packages, it only shows packages it has registered as "shipped." That's the problem - packages are still being shown as unshipped. I have no doubt that buyers will be able to go back and search for supposedly unshipped packages and tell PayPal they never received it. The question is how we can prove it was, in fact, shipped.

I'm sorry if I am way off-base in my criticism of the way PayPal and eBay are not always coordinating shipping info, but I cannot find proof of what happened on eBay beyond the 60-day mark.
