I was at that exact area of Porterville just a couple of weeks back and didn't see the building. A bunch of vacant lots there now. I pulled a couple of old "Pioneer" bricks out of a wall on the north side of Olive where another building was being demolished, then ran like hell. Looked like the rest of the wall was about to come down! (I'm both a brick and a chip collector. Chips are easier to run with.)

You probably know that 22 E. Olive was also the location for (Sam's) Hof Brau, which had those "fancy H" chips - also attributed to Full House of Bakersfield, though that is a different story. My understanding of the Derby Gran chips used at Rumors was that only the hot-stamped 50¢ and/or $1 chips were used there, not the higher values of the Derby Gran home-play set. But who knows now?
