A lot of Cuban chips have been posted for sale on eBay lately.
Appears that the "Obama's apparent embargo softening" has softened eBay & PayPal's rules on Cuban items.

That is great! Not the softening of the embargo but eBay's softening of the rules!

- There are more chips on eBay right now than at any time in the last 5 years!
- The prices in general are almost as good as they were about five years ago!!
- Great chips & rare chips, besides the the well known and desirable 50's pretty ones have been showing up.
expl. "Club Oriente" chip, great chip from an important "black Club in Santiago" that I had not seen for sale in a while, now on eBay

Now, with this I also expect at some time the always available f****g fakes to show up.

This whole thing is very exiting to me, I love Cuban chips and the history of Cuban gambling, is like no other in the world!!

So, I will make two promises:

1- I will watch very careful every single chip from Cuba that shows up on eBay and if any fakes show up, I will post them in the board! Regardless of how many enemies I may create. To me the integrity of Cuban Casino memorabilia is more important!

2- I will have the Cuban chip catalog for sale in next years convention, if health allows & my partners cooperate,
I promise.

3- I am, not Cuban
