Please keep in mind while I am not criticizing anyone or how the system works I don't think it is an anonymous vote. I do trust and thank all involved.

I was once on the election committee many years ago when we had a vote in what was then the AC Chapter. The way the vote went was as follows:

Your vote was placed inside a blank envelope. That envelope was placed inside another and mailed to the club PO Box. When we counted the votes we checked off of a list the return address on the envelope. We then opened it and placed the blank envelopes in a box. At the end of the first step we then opened the envelopes and counted the votes.

To me that is an anonymous vote.
