Many years ago I was working on a job in Curacao and lived on the island for a little over a year.

Before I got an apartment, I stayed at the Otrabanda (Local Language meaning "Other Side") for about a month and played roulette every night since there was not much other than BJ at this very small casino.

I must have brought back hundreds of these roulettes with me and built a large part of my initial collection trading off my extras.

On a side note, this casino was NOT in a good part of town and Otrabanda was known to be an area of crime, drugs and women of the night back then. Now its the area where the cruise ships dock and it has become completely changed.

I borrowed these images from the Chipguide, but I am fairly certian I held these exact chips in my hand at one point as I remember taking at least 2-3 stacks of each color.
