I was posting random info about the club's still being open in 1969.
Rich got the "CEF" chips from a guy who got them in Benicia, Ca. We are trying to research those initials and cross referencing them to names or clubs in the Benicia area. They were most likely not used in Benicia, but that is are starting point.
