I can add some info. At one of the Jim Munding Bellflower shows in the early 90s, a guy came to my table with a full rack of 100 of these. He said they were briefly used for anties in a certain poker game, but discontinued. At the time, CA collectors had not known of its existence. I think I gave him $125 for the rack, at that time a lot of money for anything in this hobby. I sold them at $3 each for a few years and then traded the remainder, about 65 chips, to Doug Saito, Mr. Dimer. I still have one of the original 100 in my collection.
