Max on (business route) 395 in Carson City, former "Carson Station." Should be easy to buy a couple of chips from them. Nugget of Sparks, supposedly sold so John Ascauga's chips might be replaced, soon (not sure). Rail City also in Sparks, if you lack the newer chips after Terrible Herbst sold the venture. C.O.D. Casino down south in Minden, but slots only, no cards that I know of, although they "promised" poker would commence there.
Back to Reno, the Bonanza on the north side of town has various chips with classic autos on them, don't know if anything newer than the "house $1 Ford" chip that came out a couple of years back. And, not new casinos, but some new issues from Atlantis & Peppermill. Yes, Larry Hollibaugh would know (and have) more...but yes, it's also fun just to visit some of the places.
