In Response To: Negative Interest Rates - the $100 bill - & chips ()

How can you go and buy something for a few hundred dollars if there is not $100bill. And if there were none they you just hoard the $50 bills. No big deal.

One reason is drug dealers, for the larger bills
Like "Giving the Government a interest free loan"
