Harrahs Southern California is switching out their NCV (bounce back free play) chips.
These are good for one use only, that is, win or lose, the chip goes in the drop.
Push, you get to play again.

I don't see the Year of the Ox chips any more, and the Harrahs Rincon Tournament are getting worn.
I think they will be removing these as they wear out.
