I purchased my set off of . The seller claims to have gotten them from an extra that appeared in the film. The seller had 11 sets of the four chips ($1, $5, $25 and $100), so 44 chips and then a few extras. The seller probably had a total of around 50 to 60 chips. No idea how many were made in total for the film.
