that he send the chip "return receipt requested" in which event you would pick up the parcel at the post office window and sign for it, proving you received it. Somewhat of a hassle and an additional cost that you most likely would have to pay the seller. Me, I ship to post office boxes (as you know!!) and have had no trouble doing so.
