The seller has set the condition, not ebay. I ship to P.O. Boxes all the time. I'd send a message to the seller and ask him to change the condition of sale or cancel your bid. I'd suggest you don't ignore paying for a winning auction. Although seller can't give winner a Negative Feedback, ebay can initiate things you probably don't want to happen.
