I live in the Cleveland area. There are only two casino buffets to choose from and both are very good.

The best casino buffet is in the Horseshoe casino in downtown Cleveland. Lunch is until 2:00 PM Mon-Sat and the price is roughly $14, Dinner runs around $23. The buffet in the Horseshoe casino has fewer food offerings but the quality is very good.

Very close behind the Horseshoe buffet is the buffet at the Hard Rock Racino in Northfield which is 20 minutes from downtown Cleveland. Lunch 7 days a week lasts until 4:00 PM and is roughly $14, Dinner runs around $23. The Hard Rock buffet has a large variety of different food offerings and food stations and is very comparable to the Vegas buffets.

Be sure to get the players card at either casino to get the best buffet pricing.

You cannot go wrong with either one. However, the downtown Cleveland casino does not have free parking and walking to the casino through the downtown area can at times be risky due to the urban location.
The Hard Rock casino is in the suburbs, has plenty of free parking and security patrolling the lots.
