I got 2 chips today, both mailed in a business size envelope. One was in that corrugated cardboard and marked non-machineable. The other was just in folded over paper with bubble protection alittle over the size of the chip. 1 was mailed at 98 cents and the other, 71 cents{the 1 with the corrugated} both came with postage due to the amount of 2.54. I asked why the up charge to parcel, I was told one was not uniform in size and the other with the corrugated was to stiff and it wouldn't go thru the machine....I said, well, that's why its marked non-machineable.....was told it didn't matter, its a parcel.....and so it continues
