ccgtcc Convention Volunteers Needed!

On Wednesday we emailed the addresses of 102 volunteers who have previously helped out during past conventions. If you responded, thank you. If not, it'd be great to hear back from you. If by chance you weren't on our list please consider this message your invitation to join up!

No experience is necessary and on-the-job training will be provided.

If you're interested in volunteering during the convention please contact us.

Some of the places we need assistance are:

Setup/Tear Down - Wednesday morning (early)/immediately following the close of show on Saturday
Promotions table - assist Roy Nelson with sales of club merchandise
Membership table - assist Membership Officer Huber
Museum of Gaming History table - assist the MOGH BOD
Auction Table - (after auction) assisting Treasurer Zoesch
Loading/unloading of Club property (**this takes place on the Tuesday before the convention and Sunday afterward)

There is also a need for assistance during Trade Sessions (checking credentials) and for the second year, we will need helpers outside to assist dealers with unloading on Wednesday.

Shifts are two hours each, except for setup/tear down.

If you've never volunteered before, please consider helping out. If you've volunteered before, you know what it means to the organization. First time attendees are welcome too. It's a great way to meet people and to get involved in the Club. Volunteers are also invited to a special hospitality suite in their honor after the close of the show Saturday evening.

Volunteering is easy. Just send us an email and let us know that you want to be involved. If there are specific areas/times that you want to help out, let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate your requests.

*We will reply to each email. If you don't hear from me within 48 hours, please re-send.

** Please include your full name and membership number when volunteering.
