the buyer appears to be an experience chipper. I am staring to think he honestly thought he had been deprived of "his new" chip. Still, I think that listing it at R-10 should have giving him some clue. But....I do not think I can change his mind. I know is very legal what I did...just wondered how ethical it was! reason I threw the question out there.
