I can give you the current values of those three chips.

The Gateway is currently listed in TCR as having a value of $125 (an "N" chip)

The Reno Casino is currently listed as having a value of $100 ("M")

The Harvey's 10-cent chip you have is identified as being cancelled in TCR. The description reads: "rev. skull and wagon wheel; overstamped 7XL; sample". The current value of this one is $325 ("S"). Evidently, cancelled is the only state in which these exist.
