Frank Barty was a hunter and I have read a few listings in newspapers of his hunting trips with fellow Suisun City men.
A guy name "Dutch" Mashburn dealt cards there
Harry Wong was in charge of the gambling (1960's)
In 1958 the hotel in picture was destroyed by fire and the Target Club was rebuilt in a stand alone building.
After Frank Barty passed, 1889-1967 the place change hands to be later called "That Bar". I do remember that place as a kid. It had a big neon finger pointing at the place with another neon sign of a beer mug.
